First Friday at My Old School

Friday finally came, so my week had a shiny finish line. I wrote numbers in sand, drew my favorite TK thing, collected surprise bags, munched an IN-N-Out burger, swam with Coach Lana, and helped Daddy choose a rainbow of fruit.

My Friday Timeline

My day started with careful school hands and ended with fruit treasure. In the middle, I used burger power for swimming.

I wrote numbers in the sand tray with my very careful finger. The sand made my numbers feel extra scratchy and official.

The paper asked what I liked best about TK. I drew my answer and said, "I like toys in TK 1!"

Two Bags, Big Eyes

Two friends had their last day, so we got a red goodie bag and a Bluey bucket. My eyes had to check everything.

I told Daddy I needed food energy first. Then I ate my burger in the car like a small athlete with a very important plan.

Freestyle Brain On

Coach Lana helped me practice freestyle. Side breathing is still waiting for me, but front breathing came up for air.

Climb Out, Jump Back

After class, I played in the water for 30 more minutes. I climbed out by myself, then my brain said, jump back in!

Fruit Cart Rainbow

Daddy and I went to Whole Foods and filled the cart with yellow peaches, blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. That is a very tasty color lesson.
