My Marching Bottle
I walked to school with my green Yeti bottle swinging beside me. It was not just walking. It was official marching.

I slept a little extra because yesterday's pool splashes made my batteries very empty. Then I marched to Bright Horizons with my green Yeti bottle, did school work, and visited Daddy's office for games, ice cream, drawings, and one very important bee balloon.
First I practiced school things, then I went to Daddy's office and found so many stations that my eyes had to run around too.
I walked to school with my green Yeti bottle swinging beside me. It was not just walking. It was official marching.
I matched big letters with little letters. The letters tried to look different, but I knew they were family.
I took turns, rolled dice, counted dots, found the number, and stamped the square. That is a lot of jobs for one small hand.
At Daddy's office I checked my bag right away. Stickers, a torch, puzzles, and many aha things were hiding in there.
I climbed on the mini motorcycle and held on like a serious rider. The tiger looked ready, and I looked ready too.
I learned how to fire the cannon balls and get points. My aiming face was very busy.
I tried crunchy chocolate vanilla ice cream. It was cold, crunchy, and important for my office research.
I wanted to play mini golf with Daddy right now. Also I wanted to win, because winning is a very shiny idea.
I took a picture with a big smiley friend that looked like my jelle moogie. I already knew this creature from home.
I studied the balloon menu carefully. There were many animals, but my brain picked a bee.
I drew a castle on the board very carefully. Castles need towers, lines, and a bossy hand that knows where to go.
Then I drew an airplane, because airplanes are my comfort zone. My marker knew exactly what to do.
I said I was drawing an astronaut. I had to finish the space suit first, then the face, then the helmet.
The paper asked for a dream Alexa device, but I drew Qiaobi from my picture books. My idea walked in its own door.
On the back, I drew two big people for Qiaobi's parents. Then I started little Qiaobi, because families need everyone.
We put my drawing on the wall with the other kids' pictures. The wall looked like a giant refrigerator for everyone.
At home I had ordered salmon and udon noodles for dinner, so Daddy made them. I ate salmon first, left a few bites, and then started my noodle mission.
For soup, I held the bowl with both hands and drank like a big person. My belly was doing serious finishing work.
My day started sleepy and ended slurpy. In the middle, I rode, aimed, drew, picked a bee, and made Daddy's office feel like a giant activity room.
